While people are rushing around preparing for the holidays, work is continuing at Mental Health America in preparation for our annual Java & Jazz benefit auction set for Saturday, March 12th at the Reese Center on the OSU-N/COTC campus in Newark.

One the the premier events of the winter season, Java & Jazz features live music, live and silent auctions and hot & cold appetizers and dessert.  To avoid the embarassment of a dry throat and to make certain that the auctioneer will hear your bids, we also have a variety of adult beverages available for purchase.

Java & Jazz plays a critical role in supporting the work of Mental Health America.  Funds raised help to support our school-based programming (PAVE & CAPP), our Parent Support program, Compeer, Suicide Prevention, the YES Clubhouse and our Bridges Out of Poverty program.

The 2012 event will be sponsored in part by The Boeing Company.

Tickets will be available early in the new year, but plan now to join us on March 10th for Java & Jazz.
